Returning Items Purchased Online

Regularly-priced merchandise that does not show wear and has its original packaging and tags may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment if postmarked for return within 10 days of receipt.  Items purchased online may also be returned in person at any of our locations within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only.  We are not responsible for shipping costs on return items.  Returned items will receive a refund in the amount of the original purchase minus original shipping charges out from cc McKenzie Shoes & Apparel.

Discounted items are deemed final sale and may not be returned.  These items are marked as “Final Sale” in your shopping cart.  Footwear returns must be sent in proper shipping box with the original shoe box inside.  Please do not tape or attach the shipping label to the shoe box.  Returns without original shoe box will not be accepted.  Hosiery, socks, and hats may be returned only if they are unworn and in original packaging.  

To return an item, please email us at ccmckenzieinfo@gmail.com and provide your name, Invoice date, invoice number, item(s) that you are returning, and reason for return.  We will reply as soon as possible with a return authorization number.  Please ship your return to us, via USPS only, along with a copy of your Invoice and your return authorization number.

Please contact us immediately if you feel that a product you have purchased from us is defective or has been mis-represented at ccmckenzieinfo@gmail.com or call customer service (503) 493-6039.

 

Exchanging Items Purchased Online

Items that do not show wear and have original packaging and tags may be exchanged within 10 days of the original invoice.  We are not responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.  Once the item has been received and processed the replacement item will be sent via USPS ground.  Do not send cash or checks to cover exchange differences in price.  You will be contacted if additional payment is required.  

To exchange an item, please email us at ccmckenzieinfo@gmail.com and provide your name, invoice date, invoice number, item(s) that you are exchanging and the item and size that you would like us to send you in return.  We will reply as soon as possible with a return authorization number.  Please ship your return to us along with a copy of your invoice and return authorization number.
