Online Shopping Policies
All orders will be shipped via USPS, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. USPS Ground delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that there will be an extra delivery fee for orders that must be re-shipped, intercepted, or if the address is changed after the order has been shipped. Customers will be notified prior to being charged any additional fees. International shipping cannot be ordered through the website at this time. Returning Items Purchased Online
Regularly-priced merchandise that does not show wear and has its original packaging may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment if postmarked for return within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items purchased online may also be returned in person at any of our locations within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return items.
All returns will have original shipping costs deducted from refund or store credit.
Discounted items are a final sale and may not be returned, these items are marked as "Final Sale" in your shopping cart. Footwear returns must be sent in proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside. Please do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox. Returns without original shoebox will not be accepted. Hosiery, socks, and hats may be returned only if they are unworn and in original packaging.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com and provide your name, invoice date, invoice number, item(s) that you are returning, and reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization number. Please ship your return to us along with a copy of your invoice and your return authorization number.

Exchanging Items Purchased Online
Items that do not show wear and have original packaging may be exchanged if postmarked for return to cc McKenzie within 10 days of receipt. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return items. Once the returned item is received and processed the replacement item will be sent at no cost via USPS ground service (lower 48 US states only). Do not send cash or checks to cover exchange differences in price. You will be contacted if additional payment is required.
